Shuttle Service:

Courtesy of Visit Wales, a COMPLIMENTARY shuttle service will be arranged to/from the London, Heathrow, airport on Sunday, March 7 and Friday, March 12, 2010. This shuttle schedule is based on the confirmed bookings of the travelling delegates.

If you are participating in a pre and/or post tour, your shuttle is included please refer to your tour operator's instructions on meeting your shuttle.

Below is the confirmed shuttle times for arrivals and departures from London Heathrow. You will receive an email indicating your confirmed shuttle time.

The shuttle schedule is as follows:

Sunday March 7:

Shuttle 1: 8:00 AM

Shuttle 2: 10:30 AM

Shuttle 3: 12:30 PM

Shuttle 4: 5:30 PM

CANCELLED: Shuttle 5: 9:45 PM

Instructions on meeting your shuttle:

You will be met by your driver holding a TMAC sign in the Terminal 3 arrivals area. Look for the sign and follow your drivers’ instructions.

If you arrive via another terminal, please make your way to Terminal 3 to meet your shuttle.

If you experience a flight or customs delay – do not panic. The shuttle service is equipped with your flight information and will not leave you behind. You may get scheduled to a later flight, however there will be a shuttle driver on hand to communicate with you.

For those of you taking part in a pre and/or post tour, your transportation is included in your itinerary.

Friday March 12:

Shuttle 1: 3:30 AM (for arrival at London Heathrow (LHR) at approximately 6:00 AM)

Shuttle 2: 5:00 AM (for arrival at London Heathrow (LHR) at approximately 7:30 AM)

Shuttle 3: 7:00 AM (for arrival at London Heathrow (LHR) at approximately 9:30 AM)

Shuttle 4: 8:30 AM (for arrival at London Heathrow (LHR) at approximately

11:00 AM)

Instructions on meeting your shuttle:

The shuttle will do a quick stop at each conference hotel. It is important that you meet the driver at your designated time in the lobby of your hotel. DO NOT be late or you risk the chance of missing your ride back to London Heathrow (LHR) and it will then be your responsibility to arrange your own return shuttle.

The shuttle will drop all passengers off at the International/Air Canada departure entrance. If you are staying on in London, or have alternate plans for travel, you are responsible for arranging your own travel to your next destination.
